Their customer service is OUTSTANDING, 95% of the time I get to a technician immediately the other 5% of the time I receive a call back in 15 mins. The longest I have ever waited for a problem to be resolved, yes resolved not responded to is 4 hours and they know our systems are down before we do! They know our business and applications intermittently and we have zero downtime which is great because it costs $1,190 an hour. Most executives aren’t confident they could recover from a catastrophic event that takes their information system out of action but not us, we were fully operational in 24hrs. The best part is the program saves us $20,800 a year!
